We take the freight off your mind
If you are planning to import goods, it is important to ensure that you follow the rules and regulations surrounding imports. Both the Dutch and the EU rules may apply to the import of your goods. Customs Support Group are seamlessly aware of these rules, and will
settle the agreements in a neutral and efficient manner.
Once you have received the correct invoice for the import goods, we can commence. On the basis of this invoice, the specialist is able to classify the goods with the correct HS code. Customs Support Group is able to provide assistance for a wide range of goods: livestock, food and non-food. However, we only work with goods that are imported from outside the EU, considering that customs clearance is not required within the EU when crossing internal borders. This means that these goods are no longer subject to customs controls.
As soon as the goods arrive at the external EU border, we ensure that the all preparations for the clearance document have been completed. After unloading, the clearance process can take place, provided that Customs, NVWA or another organization does not order a physical inspection. If this is the case, we are able to coordinate the physical quality control for you. Customs Support Group includes specialists from different disciplines, who are situated at the major logistics hubs in the Netherlands.
Our work process is not standardized, allowing us to adapt to your needs to work as efficiently as possible.
