In order to perform a secondment successfully, Customs Support looks at the interests of both our customers and our employees. The following basic premises therefore apply to all our secondment assignments:
Customs Support opts for a long-term and intensive collaboration with its customers and candidates. Where possible and feasible, Customs Support endeavours to mediate on the basis of the customer’s requirements and wishes in combination with the employee’s requirements and wishes. Customs Support is neutral and therefore takes great care when handling customers’ and employees’ privacy-sensitive information. Customs Support ensures that for every assignment the rights and duties of all parties are assured by means of a written record. Customs Support only accepts assignments that it can perform on the basis of its knowledge and experience. Customs Support is aware of the developments taking place in its specialist field and keeps track of them.
It is up to you whether you need an self employed declarant, excise specialist or forwarder for the short or longer term: you pay per hour worked for the level and the job that you need at that moment. You know exactly where you stand.
