Customs Support Group and SEIN Announce Strategic Partnership to Strengthen Europe–South Korea Trade Lane

Rotterdam, the Netherlands & Seoul, South Korea – 12 February 2026 – Customs Support Group (CSG), Europe’s leading provider of customs clearance and trade solutions, and SEIN Customs & Auditing Corp. (SEIN), South Korea’s largest network of customs and trade experts, have entered into a strategic partnership to help meet the growing demand for seamless and efficient customs operations as trade between Europe and South Korea continues to expand.

The Europe–South Korea trade corridor has grown significantly in recent years, driven by rising demand for high-value products in sectors such as technology, automotive, industrial machinery, and advanced manufacturing. This growth has been further reinforced by the recent EU–Korea Digital Trade Agreement, which introduces modern, binding rules for data flows and electronic trade processes, complementing the long-standing EU–Korea Free Trade Agreement. Together, these frameworks provide businesses with greater compliance certainty, improved transparency, and a more predictable environment for digitalised supply chains – making coordinated, reliable customs support more critical than ever.

Against this backdrop, CSG and SEIN are combining their strengths to offer companies a fully connected, end-to-end customs solution across the trade lane. The partnership unites CSG’s extensive European footprint and harmonised digital customs infrastructure with SEIN’s strong presence in Korea and its integrated, in-house technological capabilities, giving businesses a more seamless and trusted experience for cross-border operations.

Established in 2004, SEIN operates 9 directly managed offices across South Korea, strategically located at major logistics hubs including Seoul, Incheon International Airport, Busan Port, and Pyeongtaek Port. Alongside its experienced customs and trade compliance specialists, SEIN has developed proprietary digital solutions through its in-house programming team. These platforms provide real-time operational visibility, tailored configurations, and secure system integrations, enabling clients to achieve greater accuracy, efficiency, and control across their customs and logistics operations.

Across Europe, CSG delivers a unified customs service through more than 120 offices in 14 countries, supported by over 1,700 customs professionals. Its pan-European digital platform ensures rapid, compliant, and harmonised customs processing throughout the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway, enabling clients to coordinate multi-market operations with consistency and clarity.

Together, CSG and SEIN will provide:

  • A coherent customs experience backed by specialists in both regions.
  • Enhanced transparency and predictability through aligned digital processes and real-time information exchange.
  • Local expertise paired with global reach, helping businesses navigate regulatory complexity with confidence.
  • Streamlined coordination, with joint teams and a unified approach across the trade corridor.

Europe is becoming an increasingly strategic market for South Korean companies in sectors such as high-tech, automotive, and advanced manufacturing,” said Nicolas Collart, Chief Trade Operations & Compliance Officer at CSG. “By combining CSG’s European network with SEIN’s local expertise and digital capabilities, we can help these companies navigate cross-border trade more efficiently, providing a seamless, data-driven, and compliant customs experience along this important trade lane.”

We are pleased to join forces with CSG to deliver greater visibility and consistency for customers trading between South Korea and Europe,” said Myeongshik Shin, Managing Partner at SEIN. “Together, we can support businesses as they strengthen and expand their global supply chains with reliability, accuracy, and modern digital processes.”

The partnership is now active and available to all existing and new customers of both organisations.
