With the Group’s renewed strategic focus on accelerating organic growth, complemented by M&A, and optimizing the integration and performance of past acquisitions, Wiebe will play a key role in enhancing financial management and driving the company’s continued expansion.
As an experienced C-level executive, Wijnia brings over 15 years of expertise in finance and business transformation within internationally operating, private equity-owned companies. From “Finance for Finance” to “Finance for Business”
With a strong track record in maturing multi-geography buy-and-build businesses, Wijnia will lead the Group’s financial transformation across 14 markets, focusing on enhancing cash generation, optimizing EBITDA, and reducing overall risk. His goal is to evolve finance from a traditional function into a strategic business enabler, supporting CSG’s growth. Passionate about people development, he is dedicated to building high-performance teams and fostering a client- and partner-centric culture.
“We are thrilled to welcome Wiebe to our leadership team,” said John Wegman, CEO of Customs Support Group. “With extensive finance experience and deep expertise in commercial excellence and M&A, Wiebe’s leadership will play a crucial role in CSG’s ongoing growth expansion and operational excellence, strengthening our position as Europe’s leading independent customs partner.”
“My motto, ‘Start doing instead of waiting for full perfection’, reflects my drive to foster progress, collaboration, and impact across the Group.
