Customs Support Group Expands its Presence in Spain with Acquisition of Barcelona-Based TEN Aduanas

Rotterdam, the Netherlands, 2 November 2026 – Customs Support Group (CSG), Europe’s leading independent provider of customs and trade solutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of TEN Aduanas 2019 SL, a Barcelona-based, AEO-C-certified customs broker. The acquisition strengthens CSG’s presence in Spain, broadening its geographical coverage while adding scale, specialised expertise and capacity to its Spanish organisation.

Founded in 2019, TEN Aduanas has established a strong position in the Spanish customs market, with particular expertise in transit operations (T1), paracustoms services and specialised customs solutions for cruise and offshore operations. Its presence at Barcelona port and airport gives CSG a strong position across two of the country’s most important logistics gateways, further strengthening its ability to support customers across Spain. TEN Aduanas provides customs services nationwide, supported by strong local market knowledge and an established network of international partners. By combining this expertise with CSG’s broader European network and comprehensive range of customs and trade services, the acquisition will give customers access to broader capabilities and increased capacity to support their growing and increasingly complex customs requirements.

The combined organisation will have increased capacity to manage growth and more complex cases, while bringing together complementary expertise and capabilities across Spain and CSG’s wider European network.

Commenting on the acquisition, John Wegman, Chief Executive Officer at Customs Support Group, said: “The acquisition of TEN Aduanas is an important step in expanding CSG’s European network and strengthening our presence in key trade gateways across the continent. Barcelona is a prime example, as one of Europe’s major hubs for international trade and logistics. TEN brings strong local expertise and market knowledge that, combined with CSG’s broader network and range of services, will further strengthen our capabilities in Spain. We are delighted to welcome the TEN team to CSG and look forward to building on their strong foundations together.”

TEN Aduanas and Customs Support Spain will continue to operate from their existing offices, ensuring continuity for customers and maintaining local accessibility. The acquisition is designed to provide a smooth transition, with no disruption to existing services, while allowing customers to benefit from the combined capabilities and resources of both organisations.

Customs Support Group entered the Spanish market in 2022 through the acquisition of Transito 2000, establishing its presence in Algeciras, Cadiz, a strategically located gateway for international trade and an important logistics hub. In 2025, the Group expanded its presence through the acquisition of DOJÖ Consulting Group in Madrid, adding specialist expertise in customs advisory and tariff classification. The addition of TEN Aduanas in Barcelona complements CSG’s existing presence in Spain with a strategic position on the Mediterranean coast, further strengthening the Group’s geographical coverage and ability to support customers across the country.
